was a huge success for its inaugural year. The pageant weekend began on a Friday evening with a limousine ride through beautiful Las Olas in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The ladies dined at Max's Grille at Ft. Lauderdale's luxurious Riverfront district. Later, the ladies participated in numerous photoshoots. On Saturday morning, contestants competed in interview competitions. Saturday evening, the girls competed in casual wear, talent, and formal wear competitions. The top 3 finalists competed in a final question competition. Jennifer V. Lowry made pageant history by being crowned the first ever Collegiate Miss of Florida®.   1st ever candidates for the Crown of Collegiate Miss of Florida 2003
